Coaching in Ultimate
As seen in USA Ultimate's 2014 National Championships Event Guide, coaching in ultimate is becoming more specialized. Having non-playing coaches has been becoming the new normal . Now, will specialty coaches (offense, defense, conditioning) be the next step for teams?
