Question: Which would you call when the discs are flipped up in the air -- same /or/ different?

Is this really true? The picture is incredibly misleading because they need to show the option of Disc 1 being tails and Disc 2 being heads. There are 4 possibilities each time it's flipped, not 3 as the picture seems to illustrate.
